Our automatic carwash pay stations have tap to pay devices next to the credit card readers so you can use apple, google or other mobile application payment methods as well. We've gone GREEN to save trees with receipts online anytime for a single visit or monthly expense reporting. Visit Go Green Receipts at mycryptopay.com to view, print, or download your latest receipts (note: receipts will not be available until 2 hours after the visit). All credit card transactions incur a $20 pre-authorization that may show up immediately on your online statement but will be removed in 24-48 hours depending on your banking institution polices leaving only the final charges on your account for services utilized. If you utilize more than one service while at our locations then the credit card system will combine all of the charges into one single ticket final charge for convenience.

Yes! For all credit or debit card use there is  a $20.00 pre-authorization that will fall off your pending items and leave only the final charges within 24-48 hours depending on your banking institution. Click the button to visit our online receipts portal at Go Green Receipts anytime two hours or later after you visit and follow the prompts to locate your receipt(s).  This convienent feature allows our customers to print a singl receipt or all their receipts for monthly expense reporting for example. 

That’s just the standard $20 pre-authorization for credit or debit use at our locations.  We have signs at every pay station indicating this policy.  Many gas stations and other businesses have a pre-authorizations as well for credit card use.  It will fall off leaving the final charge generally within a couple business days depending on your bank and how long they hold pending items.  Since we can’t know how many services each customer plans to use while on-site this pre-authorization once allows our customers to use the same credit card in a self service bay for example to clean their engine or use foam brush, then maybe get an automatic wash and then finish up with a vacuum or multiple vacuum sessions for a full cleaning experience and our credit card system will conveniently combine all of the charges leaving only 1 final charge for the entire visit without needing multiple charges to the card.  Hopefully this helps explain what you are seeing and why it works this way.  Thanks for choosing Pro Carwash, we appreciate your business!

Yes! Give your motorcycle the TLC it deserves by utilizing the convenient self-serve carwash bays at our facility! With a few simple precautions and some handy tips up your sleeve, you can easily and safely clean and detail your beloved motorcycles and bikes in our covered self-serve bays. 

1. Let the engine cool for 10-15 minutes before you begin cleaning
2. Only use the low water pressure settings to spray down the bike
3. Work in sections to avoid spraying any leather with water and/or keep the leather covered
4. Use a degreaser to clean your engine instead of soap and water
5. Plug your exhaust so you don’t get water into your exhaust system

Yes! Many customers with recreational boats, rv's or buses wash them with us.  At our 300 Park Dr, Smithville location in the standard size self-service bays the clearance height is 8’6”.  We also have 2 larger bays with a 12'6” clearance for those larger vehicles, trailers, boats and rv's.  At our 105 W 2, Smithville location in the standard size self-service bays the clearance height is 9’4”.  We also have 2 larger bays with a 12'4” door height for those larger vehicles, trailers, boats and rv's at the north location which also has better pull through access for longer rigs. At our 1303 Plaza Ct, Platte City location in the standard size self-service bays the clearance heigth is 10'.  We also have a uncovered bay on the south end of the building which has no height restriction and easy to pull in and out of. 

Yes! All of our automatic bays are capable of washing large trucks however customers must remove any attachments like hitches, trailers, rack's, etc that protrude out beyond the factory truck body.  We also recommend folding in your large extended side mirrors.  Customers will also want to keep their vehicles aligned down the center of the carwash bay without veering off to one side or other for the machine to have enough clearance space.

We can wash vehicles up to 7' tall in all 8 automatic carwash tunnels at all three locations.

Yes! Both Pro Carwash locations in Smithville have shampoo and spot remover vacuums.  Our Platte City location has regular vacuums only.

Yes! We have brand new large vending machines with all of the options you need to detail your vehicle and leave with it smelling nice including items like giant shammy cloths, blue towels, little trees, armor all cleaning and conditioning sponges, bug remover, window wipes, glass cleaner, tire cleaner and the list goes on.
